4th of july was fun! here are jack wth his cousins. blondie is alexis (raylin's daughter) and the dark haired baby is alora (my cousin amy's daughter). the firework photos were taken on another camera so i will have to upload those later. jack did not last long for the fireworks, he wanted to eat and go to bed! he is getting tall and can stand on his own for a few seconds. so the 4th was fun, but the 5th was no beuno for me. i got kidney stones and was woken at 630 am with intense pain. my cousin, amy, brought me all sorts of stuff to help with the pain (she has been through this lots). my in-laws came and got jack for the day. the pain was so bad i could not keep even water down and because of the hours of throwing up i have bruised ribs today, but at least the stone is gone. i got dehydrated the day before the utah arts festival and i do not think i ever fully recovered. lesson learned.

Ouch! Jacob has had ample experience with Kidney Stones.
Not fun. His first attack was at a wedding where I was the maid of honor... I had to take him to the emergency room in my brides maids dress then he threw up all over it!

These are so sweet! What gorgeous children! Take care of yourself though Cat, sounds like you've had a rough run of things.
