jack had his girlfriend, mercedi, over today. for the first 5 minutes he just sat there and smiled. i needed to pack and clean house so mercedi came with her older sister, kim, and kim watched them play while i got stuff done. at church jack will hold her hand and give her kisses. she is a few months older than him and she is the youngest of 9 girls. weird thing - my friend al thelin is mercedi's great uncle. small world!we leave for the park city arts festival tomorrow. fingers crossed! jack is walking now! he prefers hard floors (since that is all we have). oh and we are having another boy! we like the name james.
